Athan Hilaki (a.k.a. TC, Thanos Chilakis/Hilakis/Cheilakis) is a singer / musician (guitar, bass, harmonica, keyboards) / songwriter and a member of the band called G.A.D. (from Greece) and Trapped In Static (from New York). He was born in Athens, Greece and moved to New York in 2008. He started playing the keyboards at the age of 14 and guitar at the age of 16. He has collaborated (producer/sound engineer) and performed with many well-known musicians and bands such as, Killers, Duffy, Dinosaur Jr, Chicane, Nouvelle Vague, 1550, Mikie Piescki (drums), Iraklis Kontos (from Argonaftes), Kostas & Paris Gagastathis (from Katsimiha Band), Mimis Plessas (composer), Konstantinos Beta (musician) and more. He has contributed in many albums and collections as guitarist, bassist, producer and sound engineer. So far, he has released 2 albums (2007-2010) and 3 video clips with G.A.D. in Greece performing in Earthdance Festival 2007, European Music Day 2007 & Rockwave Festival 2009 and taking the 4th place in the Cocacola Soundwave 2007. Member of of G.A.D. (since 2005), former member of Athor (2000), Accidentally Met (2005), Burning Cigarettes (2002) and Flaming Roses (1999).
