Astro Circus are a band from Australia, primarily influenced by indie, hardcore and dance-punk, but containing musical elements from a variety of genres. The band was formed in 2006 by Tomas Stevenson, Campbell Smith and Michael Bylund-Cloonan, and later joined Oliver Duncan. Due to complications, Michael left the band in early 2007, and Morgan Saint was invited to join. The band name Astro Circus was devised through a series a brainstorming events known as conversation.
