There are two bands called Assassinate 1) D-beat raw punk band from Portland, Oregon. They have one EP on Whisper In Darkness label and feature on Portland City Hard Punk compilation. 2) Young heavy metal band from Portstewart in Northern Ireland that started in February 2007. The band consists of Kyle Montford (singer/rhythm guitarrest) Kyle Graham (lead guitarrest) Ross Graham (bassist) and Dominic Crossland (drummer). Assassinate agreed to record their first studio album at the start of January and are currently finishing off the songs on it. It is set for a February release. Tracklisting, artwork and title still to be confirmed. The Band split up in 2009. They now have a new band called "Relinquish" but replacing Kyle Graham with Stephan Ramsey.
