Aslaug is the name of the artist who formed Deffkvlt, and his one of many side projects was an actually serious black metal band under his shortened stage name. (anyone unfammilliar: Aslaug Unis Imperia XIII) Using the more sinister and raw sides of black metal, he created an album that changed the course of his main band, Deffkvlt completely, he felt rejuvinated with ideas and started writing the next Deffkvlt album, which was unfortunatly called off.
