There are two bands named Askeregn: a black metal band from Norway and a black metal band from Germany. Askeregn means "rain of ashes". Askeregn from Norway has been active since 2011 and has released one demo, two split-releases and two full length albums. The last album called "Brennende åkres grøde" was released by Terratur Possesssions in 2022. Askeregn (GER) is a soloproject of Varg Belial. It is raw and agressive UGBM from Germany, Thuringia. It was formed in 2008. Belial released the first demo in 2010. Lyrics are about Satanism, Occultism, Nihilism and Nature.
