Ascoil Sun started 2008 in Suvela, Espoo, Finland. The music is a mixture of progressive and psychedelic influences binded together with electronic systems. Influences include such artists as Pink Floyd, Shpongle, Kingston Wall, Younger Brother, Rush and Joe Satriani On October 2010 the band released their debut EP through Peyotii Records in Ektoplazm, and their debut LP 'Emergence' witnessed daylight in January 2012.
