As The Grass Grows Green is Technical Death Metal from US. They formed in 2008 and are currently made up of John LeBlanc (Vocals), Ian Bucklowe (Guitars,) Calvin Williams (Guitars) Norm Benson (Drums) Their style is made up of Technical Solos, Melodic Driving Riffs, Brutal Deathcore Breakdowns, Both Low and High Growls/Screams, and drumming similar to that of Despised Icon, Whitechapel and All Shall Perish, derriving an overall sound similar to The Black Dahlia Murder, Through The Eyes of the Dead, Behemoth, All Shall Perish, and The Faceless. The band released a demo in 2008 called “Death Metal Waltz” while building a fan base around their local area in Massachusetts. They have begun production on a demo at Russian Dumbass Studios, for 2009 that may become a full length cd.
