As Leoas (The Female Lions) is brazilian pop-group formed inside a popular tv show, Sabadaço (Big Saturday). The group consists on seven beautiful girls, that sing and dance in sexy clothes. The sound of the group is mostly pop and forró music, with touches of Calypso. The girls are Adriana, Aline, Andréia, Celia, Meire, Daniela and Raquel. Their first album was called "Marcas de Batom" (Lipstick Marks) and three singles were released, with modest airplay: "Emboladeira", "Marcas de Batom" and "Chorar de Saudade" (Cry Because You Miss Me).
