2005-2011 R.I.P. ARTY (before known as Álbany) are an Electro-Rock band from León, Guanajuato; México. In 2005 they won the first prize in the 2nd. Edition of “Band Stage” competition. So they traveled to Mexico City for play in a few live acts and record their first EP (that was the Band Stage prize). ARTY began as an “instrumental” band, walking the difficult way of Post-Rock and “emo” influence in Mexico, but they drew ahead over various Post-Rock bands of the country. Second EP called “Gardens Inside” is defined as “Energy-Experimentation” ‘cause they were be able to produce more dynamism and musical explosión in each track. Now in their fifth album titled “Eterno Retorno” (also it will be their debut LP), the band left the Post-Rock music (so difficult to highlight with that music genre in this country) and they obtained a powerful, fresh, dynamic and captivating Electro-Rock style. Filling and feeling with energy each track interceding “grunge” vocal style, lyrics between Nietzsche and poetics stuff. In 2009 they won a music grant of Guanajuato's State Goverment. In a competition against various Orchestras, playing at the legendary theater: "Teatro Júarez". ARTY had played with: Zoé, Café Tacvba, Porter, Radiateur, Austin TV, Chikita Violenta, División Minúscula, Los Dynamite, Ximena Sariñana, The
