Wonderfully Uplifting. Art Manchester really hit it out of the ballpark with this one. On "Little Lights" Art brings out his big influences in his playing such as John Coltrane, Wayne Shorter, and Charlie Parker. Arty hails from Newport, Rhode Island and is a very prominent jazz musician in the city. On this album, Arty teams up with some of the very best in the area. John Monllos fails us not with his beautiful guitar sounds throughout the album. Other artists that helped were Joe Parillo on keyboards, Mike Coffey on Drums, Randy Coutier on drums, Ricky Micou on speciality percussion, and Joe Potenza on Bass.
