Armande Altaï (Kumpal Kabartay Altai / Magini) was born in Alep in Syria in 1944. After a passage in fine arts, she comes back to the conservatory to Marseilles where she learns to sing. Later she becomes professor of singing.Among her amazing operatic voice her music can be described as electro-psycho-baroque with an underground feeling.
