Area 11 are a Bristol-based rock band, who are combining Western rock guitar traditions with Eastern culture to establish something new. Having enjoyed chart success with their debut album All The Lights In The Sky all the while cultivating a highly dedicated fanbase across Europe and America, the band are know for their highly energetic (often chaotic) live show and vibrant electronic hard rock sound. The band released 3 EPs (Blackline - 2011, Reissued 2021; Underline - 2014; and Cassandra Rising - 2019) and 3 albums (All The Lights in The Sky - 2013, Reissued 2015 and 2023; Modern Synthesis - 2016; and Singlarity - 2020) They announced an "official hiatus" in 2026, having been largely inactive since a 2023 tour, celebrating 10 years of "All the Lights in the Sky" User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
