Hailing from London and Manchester respectively, breakthrough act Arcatype are a production outfit made up of brothers Karl & Justin along with close friend, Tommy. With years of production experience between them, after a few collaborative sessions the group soon realised they had a knack for working well together in the studio and continued to meet up in order to build their signature sound. With strong influences from both London and Manchester, their tunes centre on an eclectic mix of soulful melodies, razor-sharp beats and deep rolling bass lines. In April of 2015 the decision was made to send out material under a single alias and as a result, ‘Arcatype' were formed. Upon receiving a demo, label boss Clive Ingredients was quick to sign the trio’s material who are now hotly tipped for success well into 2016; with their well received release in November 2015.
