António Emiliano is a Portuguese Philology teacher at Universidade Nova de Lisboa. He was born on the portuguese capital in the beginning of 1959. During 1979 and 1987 he worked has studio musician and producer. As a composer he created music for movies, dance and theatre acts. He worked with several important names from the portuguese cultural scene such as Olga Roriz, Ricardo Pais or Joaquim Leitão. During is short career he released two albuns through Transmédia: "Gavhoreh” and “Fausto Fernandos Fragmentos”, both on the year 1989. In 1996 he ceased is musical activities in order to dedicate himself to the academic life. In 2005 he restarted composing having collaborated with Joaquim Leitão by signing the soundtrack of "20,13" in 2006.
