Since the release of their debut EP An Epilogue to Start the Story in 2005, Brisbane four-piece Another Day Down have built a strong live presence throughout the Brisbane music scene and have an ever growing fan base. Having formed in 2002, you can be sure that Eric Swavley (vocals), Phil Graham (guitar/vocals), Andrew Davidson (bass guitar/vocals), Matt Graham (drums) and the newest member to the group Andy Munnings (guitar), are genuine about their music. We really plug our hearts into the music and we want to touch peoples lives both through our live show and recorded music, explains guitarist and vocalist Phil Graham. In July 2006, the band will unleash their highly anticipated new EP that features six brand new tracks. Titled In Pursuit of the Crime, bass player, Andrew describes the new recordings as definitely more rock and a lot more energetic and mature. The focus for this EP looks into the struggle of human relationships. Each song relates to that broad theme in some way, explains Phil. We look into the old staple boy/girl dramas and further into working through problems with close friends. The final track, Silver, was written shortly after finding out that a friend of the band had committed suicide. We have progressed as musicians and song writers, so the songs are of a much higher quality Matt adds. Having recently shared the stage with high profile acts such as Anberlin (USA), Antiskeptic (VIC), Kid Courageous (NSW), Emery (USA) and most recently, Motion City
