Another Blue Door hails from Oshawa, , Ontario, Canada. The five-piece band is lead by singer/songwriter and guitarist Dave Schoonderbeek. Starting in the late 90's, they hit the Toronto music scene, playing shows and releasing their own home-recorded EP's, before their full-length album "Haulers" was recorded. The band also appeared on the "Suck My Disc" compilations, which featured Toronto area indie rock bands. Another Blue Door soon came under the microscope after their soulful and powerful live shows started garnering attention. The band was signed to Stinky Records in the summer of 2003, and the debut album, “Haulers”, was recorded in Dave's parents basement, then mixed at Chemical Sound in Toronto by Ian Blurton. Raw, powerful, honest and heartfelt, "Haulers" sounds more like a well-groomed sophomore effort than a first try.
