There is more than one artist with this name: 1.) Anigma is a contemporary band that mixes Rock with progressive metal, psychedelic rock and Post-rock music. Their influences include bands like: Tool, Porcupine Tree, NIN, The Mars Volta, Pearl Jam, Opeth and Pink Floyd among others. 2.) Anigma was a speed/thrash metal band formed in Auckland, New Zealand in 1987. In 1989 they supported Metallica and released the 6-track demo 'World of Fear' on cassette. They split up in 1991.
