Angkor Wat was a highly experimental thrash metal band from Corpus Christi, Texas, that formed in 1986. Having experimented with industrial influences for some time a couple of members formed the industrial band Skrew in 1991, around which time Angkor Wat was probably put to rest. In the summer of 1988 they went on the "Complete Death 2 Tour" in the south of USA together with Tyrannicide and the "Monsters Of Cock" tour together with Cryptic Slaughter.
