Andy "The Diesel" Unger, one of the greatest singer-songwriters to hail out of Leesburg, GA, is a Christian artist who got his start in the Fish Praise Band at FUMC Albany, GA. Playing with Kelsey Hillard (vocals), Andrew Peterson (guitar), Ben Culpepper (bass, back-up vocals), and various drummers, he soon started to write, and perform, his own songs. His most famous song, Leap of Faith, was played on the worldwide Hosanna Choir Tour of 2006. This song displays his masterful use of the acoustic guitar and catchy hooks. The studio version of the song has Andrew Peterson on guitar, bass, while Andy plays drums. Andy is currently leading worship in Valdosta and emerging as a popular praise/worship artist.
