Andy Boller was born in Springfield, Ohio. He spent his formative years there. Musically inclined from a very early age, he performed in everything from church choirs & school bands/orchestras (he played Tuba) to garage bands/top 40/ Country before even graduating from high school. Influenced by everything he heard, his original works can veer from Country to Jazz to Garage Band to Psychedelia. Upon HS graduation, he spent one year living in Columbus, Ohio. In 1974 he moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan- there he performed w/ numerable ensembles, eventually joining the Urbations in 1980- he played w/ the Urbations until mid 1987. Later he joined forces w/ Peter "Madcat" Ruth in Madcat's Pressure Cooker. In 1991, Andy moved to Europe where he continues to live & perform today.
