What's up y'all! My name is Andi Jo Taylor. I am the next big thing to hit the country music scene! People often say, "I've been singing since birth." - but I really have been singing since birth! My momma said I came out of the womb with a melodic 'cry'. I have a habit of chiming into conversations via song and you'd be hard pressed to find me without a witty lyrical comeback. I'm never one to shy away from performing. When I was 7, I met my vocal coach, Jean Holden. She taught me to embrace words, lyrics, and perform them as though there were thousands in front me. Since then, I've performed on stages both small and big alike. As my passion for music grew, I taught myself to play piano and guitar so that I could sing anytime; anyplace - (peep that Janet Jackson reference!) That's when I discovered country music. Oh, don't be mistaken, I truly love all types of music; classical, rock, musical theatre, and mainstream pop. I often belt out a little Harry Styles and the latest Taylor Swift while I'm running. My deep Mexican roots find me emersed in Mariachi with a flower in my hair singing the most passionate love songs from the top of my lungs! All the while, I write my music. Writing my own songs is one of the best ways to share experiences and embrace this thing called life. I am currently working on my EP and I can't wait to share it with you all!
