Anders Widmark (born 1963) is a Swedish jazz pianist from the town Uppsala. He has released 11 studio albums since he graduaded the University of Music in Stockholm 1986. He has rearranged a number of religious hymns into jazz pieces. For this he was awarded the Jan Johansson-scholarship. The jury established, among other things, that Anders “has in Jan Johansson's spirit taken good care of and developed Swedish tradition and cherished hymns and songs with the same tenderness and with the jazz as the connected formal language”. He has won a Swedish Grammy for the album "Genom varje andetag". For the album "Psalmer" Anders played through the entire Swedish hymn book, consisting of 694 hymns.
