Anand Bhaskar's story is unique. One that sprung forth from his open defiance of norms, starting with the Indian indie music circuit which suddenly took notice of his skills as a compelling vocalist and songwriter as the frontman of the alt-rock outfit 'Anand Bhaskar Collective'. Anand began his journey by setting up a solid repertoire of musical works with his original compositions, followed by becoming the voice of some of the biggest ad campaigns to come out of India and then further going on to sing in blockbusters like 'Baaghi 2' and 'Mission Mangal'. Anand has turned many heads with his unique voice and his skills as a composer, especially after composing all the songs in one of the most acclaimed Hindi web series of recent times 'Mirzapur' on Amazon Prime and the upcoming web series 'Bombay Begums' on Netflix. Having already been lauded for his work for his erstwhile projects, it was no surprise when Anand returned to the forefront of the OTT music space with the award winning OST of 'Masoom' on Hotstar, following it up shortly with the score of Dr. Arora helmed by Imtiaz Ali which he co-composed with his bandmate Ajay Jayanthi. Always a differentiator in attitude and aptitude, Anand hopes to nurture, nourish and establish a sound that his fans truly consider unique only to him.
