The band was formed in summer 2008, when 4 guys from the west Siberia moved to Moscow to start up the new project with fresh staff and another name. The name Anamnesis was chosen. After a long period of time in which came new vocalist and drummer, the band released their first EP Destinies (spring 2009). In a short time after guys started their work on the long play. It took them about six months. Guys faced many problems also with the formers during the recordings and as the result vocalist left the band and his place was taken by the guitar player. From the early begging three guitars were rather unusual for Russian heavy scene.
