Artist
Anže Rozman is a Slovenian composer. Born and raised in Slovenia, Anže Rozman started improvising classic tunes and composing his own music on the piano by age nine. In 2013, he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in composition and music theory from the Academy of Music in his home country's capital, Ljubljana. He then traveled to study abroad at the Berklee College of Music in Valencia, Spain, where he received his master's degree with the highest distinction in scoring music for film, TV and video games. Anže’s final project at Berklee, a 3min orchestral piece recorded at Air Studios in London, caught the attention of Hans Zimmer, which led to Hans, Russell Emanuel and Steve Kofsky inviting him in 2018 to move to Los Angeles and join Bleeding Fingers Music as a full time composer. His most notable credits scored under Bleeding Fingers Music are the score for Prehistoric Planet (Apple TV+), BBC’s The Planets 2019, BBC’s Universe 2021,The Great Bear Rainforest IMAX (co-composed with Hans Zimmer) and additional music for BBC’s Seven Worlds, One Planet. As a concert music composer he is most known for his flute music and orchestral music which has been recorded and performed by renowned orchestras such as the London Studio Orchestra, Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, Tonhalle Orchestra of Zürich, Krakow Philharmonic Orchestra and the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra just to name a few.
