After touring locally as well as remotely through California under the name The Acidic Front since early 2003, the band agreed on the fact that something was still missing. As the leaves began to change on the trees in the autumn of 2005, it was also time for a breath of fresh air for the band and the music they created. That breath of fresh air came in the form of a new name: AMERICA DRAMATICA. Along with the new name came new inspiration giving birth to new music. After writing a few new songs, AMERICA DRAMATICA has begun touring locally gaining new respect and new fans across Southern California. This new respect and the beginning of a following is all-the-more inspiring the band to write and begin pre-production for their forthcoming EP (yet to be titled) to be released in 2006.
