There are at least 5 bands/artists with the name Amelia: 1. Amelia was a pop group. Teisha and Scott met first in 2001. They started playing duo gigs and recording songs on a 4-track. After that, Richard left to tattoo full time. Steve Moretti started playing drums, Jesse switched from bass to piano and Michael Papillo started playing bass. The band is currently recording a third full-length album with producer Mark Orton that will be completed in early 2006. For now, Amelia is a trio. Jesse is back on bass, Scott on guitar, and Teisha on drums. 2. Amelia was a rock band from Uruguay.
