Ambra Angiolini was born on April 22, 1977 in Rome. She is an Italian television host, singer and actress mostly notorious for playing an important role in the show "Non è la Rai" in the 90s. Her first album T'appartengo was recorded in 1994, being a huge success and selling 380k+ copies. The title track from her debut album also has become an important staple in italian culture from the 90s. Her other three albums, "Angiolini", "Ritmo Vitale" and "InCanto", although not as popular, still have sold around 200k copies all combined. Her albums are also known in spanish-speking countries, as she made spanish versions for her first 3 albums. After "InCanto", when the singer was told she could stop her music career, she immediately did, as she explained in a 2023 interview.
