Back then they roused and bewildered the clientele of North London boozers with a mixture of acid jazz and psychedelic dub tunes such as the apocalyptic 'Back to Seed'. Formed at art college, the four piece have always been keen to experiment and their creative bond has helped cement their relatively static line up ever since The Om continue to receive favourable reviews, internet exposure and extensive radio play from ska tunes such as The Tracks and the spooky and enigmatic Hole, recorded in 2006. They gained noteriety in the late 90s from an extensive gig regime around the well known London indie circuit and Summer festivals and their presence on the 'Cult Themes of the 70s' compilation.
