Artist
A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Alvin Clayton Pope gained early exposure to music at a young age. His first samples of musical performances were watching "The Beatles," "Temptations," "Chuck Berry," and "Little Richard" on various musical programs. By the age of 10, Alvin's attention was drawn to the music of "Santana," and "Bread." He collected albums form artists that became influences in forming his outlook spanning various genres. Alvin first learned how to play the Drums and went on to become proficient in Saxophone, Guitar and Piano. After spending time playing professionally, Alvin earned a Degree from West Chester University's School Of Music. He performs regularly with "The Alvin Clayton Pope Project" and produces music for television and film projects.
