They call themselves "Alpha Twins" but despite this name, the brothers Arjan and Anco are no twins at all. Yet behind the turntables the two will strike you as being identical twins, because of their similar taste in music and mutual agreement. Although Arjan and Anco were born and bred in the cheese town of Edam, The Netherlands, their pounding and banging hardstyle is far from "cheesy". The Alpha Twins reached an important stage of their career, when in 2006, they were asked by Q-Dance to make the annual anthem for one of their most popular parties - Qlimax. They made a track called "The Darkside" which it really was. A dark track with a low key melody.
