Kris Allen is the winner of the 8th season of American Idol (no matter what Simon thinks) and Allison was 3rd runner up (even though she should've been 2nd runner up but noooo America's stupid). Since Idol, both have released solo albums. Occasionally they have teamed up for joint performances. The most notable of these was a duet on Coldplay's The Scientist, on April 30, 2010, for the Oprah show's No Phone Zone rally in Los Angeles.
