Alive In Standby was an experimental post-hardcore (early)/pop-punk (later) band from Detroit/Shelby Township, Michigan, United States. They formed in early 2010 and played a lot of shows together nation wide. They recorded their first song 'The Safety In Sleep' at Zoinga Studios in Royal Oak, Michigan, and also finished their second 'Shady Shady'. Their release Dream Status was released in 2011 and a melodic and experimental post-hardcore sound. The band had a few lineup changes in 2012 and 2013. They later went with the Artery Foundation and released their album in 2014 called Never Ending which had a more pop-punk sound. The band had their active years from 2010 until 2016.
