Born in 1969, a small village called Igariden "High Kabylie", in the north of Algeria. It started to be interested in the music by listening to singers kabyles with the radio or on cassettes, for those which were prohibited of antenna. it tried to reproduce their melodies on instruments of fortune, rudimentary instruments made using cans of motor oil and of ends of wood as handles, that any kid who wanted to play of the music was to manufacture. it nevertheless was likely to touch a true rather young instrument: There was at the house an old guitar which belonged to his/her brother and which it ended up “inheriting”… It wrote its first songs towards the age de16 years, in the traditional kind. Some were interpreted successfully by popular singers such as Lani Rabeh, or Hamel Slimane. In 1988, it A join the theatrical “company” Meghres at the university of Tizi-Ouzou as musician for the choral society.
