Aleksandr Bashlachev (27.5.1960 - 17.2.1988) Singer and song writer from Cherepovec (Russia). In 1983 Aleksandr wrote his first songs ("Griboedovskiy val's"). He also wrote some lyrics for rock band "Rok-sentyabr'". In 1987 he received the award "Nadezhda" (The Hope) on the 5th rok-festival in Leningrad. In February of 1988 Aleksandr Bashlachev has committed suicide in Leningrad (St. Petersburg). Aleksandr released no personal albums over his career, but his songs are included in many compilations, such as "Enciklopediya Rossiyskogo Roka", "Legendy Russkogo Roka The Best 1".
