ALECTRIC is ALESSANDRO NICO. He comes from Rome/Italy, where he was born in 1967. His musical backgrounds and influences move from jazz to fusion with electronic music since the early 90s. Then he begun to play as a DJ in the Italian club scene and that is where he met CHRISTIAN SACRIPANTI (one of the first Italian club culture heroes). Together with him he formed the electro-house duo called "A&C RECOMMENDED". In 2002 his solo project ALECTRIC was born. Leaving behind his experiences from A&C this sound is more eclectic and spacing through electro and classic arrangements as well as acoustical sonorities.
