Ais Ezhel was the former stage name of Ezhel, a prominent Turkish rapper and reggae artist, regarded as one of the leading figures in the new school hip-hop scene in Turkey. He has been associated with Voodoo Records, based in the Tunalı district of Ankara. On May 22, 2011, he participated in the Free Style King 2 competition. He adopted the stage name Ezhel with the release of his album Müptezhel, marking a new phase in his musical career.
