Aimee Norwich, of NYC, is an experimental composer musician, producer and designer of her own unique electronic instruments. She has a background in both music and electronics, both of which inform much of her musical output. In 2007, she recorded and released two CDs-- LAVA tides and Making Friends. The former was commissioned by Obie Award winning Acrobatics troupe, LAVA, for which Aimee scored and recorded Lava tides. The latter is a collection of electronic instrumentals, and more melodic songs with vocals. She has also been active as a member of New York indie group, Grey Does Matter (2006 CD, Your Job Will Kill You), and more recently the experimental punk duo, N.A. + A.N. She is currently studying in the Music Technology Program at New York University. Aimee is also currently working on her next solo release.
