AHOLA is the Finnish hard rock band from Jarkko Ahola, also known from Teräsbetoni, Northern Kings, Heavy Christmas, Oulu All Star Big Band Goes Heavy etc. The band is built around long-term friendships, and band members are Jarkko "J." Ahola (vocals, rhythm guitar), Antti Mäkelä (drums), Jari Laitinen (bass) and Antti Karhumaa (lead guitar). After Teräsbetoni went on a break J. Ahola wanted to start a new band, this time singing in English, and AHOLA was officially formed in 2011. AHOLA has released two albums so far, Stoneface (2012) and Tug of War (2014).
