After spending her life calling Texas home, Leslie Sisson currently resides in Brooklyn, NY, where she began contributing on vocals and guitar with Andrew Kenny during the birth of The Wooden Birds. Her past includes time in Western Keys, Black Lipstick, The Mona Jane, and Tanworth-in-Arden on guitar, bass, keys, cello, voice, as well as guest performances for American Analog Set, Windsor for the Derby, and Mark Gardener of Ride. Aside from The Wooden Birds, she fronts Aero Wave in NYC. Leslie has also been sighted rolling around on eight wheels, working as a roadie, crashing bike tires to a pulp on the Polaski bridge, repairing devices with white Apples, and making use of a master's degree while molding the minds of future filmmakers.
