Two bands exist under the name 'Adonay' 1) Adonay was a black metal band from Asuncion, Paraguay that formed in 1993. The band released the demos "The Battle In The Unknown South" in 1993 and "Where The Winter End" in 1996, the latter distributed through Southern Hellish Productions. Also a compilation called "Immortal Warriors" was released in 2009. 2) Adonay was a Polish progressive thrash/death metal band hailing from Gdańsk. The band was founded in 1998 and released a demo "Someone Somewhere" (2002) and an album "My World" (2005) before it's split-up.
