Adeste was six piece experimental post-hardcore band from West Palm Beach, Florida, United States, who later moved together to Orlando, Florida, United States. Its members came from different backgrounds, influences, and different corners of the world. Formed in February of 2007, they have overcome many obstacles to remain together, and look toward the future with optimism. From the very beginning, they set out to be a powerful voice in the music industry, with a positive message that is seldom seen anymore. It's an often overstated and under appreciated idea that music is about having fun. They understand that they have a chance to set a good example for the kids that go to shows and that it's not about who can look the toughest or curse the most on stage. It's about having fun and loving one another. Adeste is a band that appreciates every single person that goes to see them play, and strives to be a positive influence on a decaying music scene. In March of 2007, Adeste trekked across Florida to record their debut, self-titled EP with Randy Ketterman in the Sparkhouse Studio in Orlando, FL. With the help of Randy and fellow South Florida native, Jason McMaster, they recorded five songs they were proud to call their own. The process took longer than expected, but was well worth the wait.
