There are at least two bands name Adelleda, a "melodic hardcore rock band" from Dallas Texas by way of Auckland New Zealand; as well as a melodic street punk band from Hamilton Ontario Canada Adelleda is a melodic hardcore rock band originally from Auckland, New Zealand, but currently reside in Dallas, Texas, USA. The band was formed by members from the broken up bands Blindspott and Jeopardy Theory, and American lead singer Nuno Pereira. In February 2008, lead singer Nuno Pereira and guitarist Brendon Reihana left the band during the recording for the album A Reasonable Explanation For Life. They were replaced by Kyle Setter (formerly Destroy the Runner) and Matt Sherwood, and the album was cancelled. On 1st June the band released their first album, called Adelleda, with the new singer Kyle.
