Adam Kelly (born October 13, 1996), known best as Adamn Killa, is a rapper and social media influencer from Chicago, IL. He started making music at age 14, being a member of the group 197 O$G with Lucki, as well as having close ties with chicago artists like Chance the Rapper. In 2015, he put out a 5-track EP called Libra Season. He started truly gaining traction in 2016 after working close with Drain Gang members and affiliates Bladee, Yung Lean, & Thaiboy Digital, and dropped his debut tape Back 2 Ballin under the label YEAR0001. He dropped out of Illinois Central College on a full baseball scholarship before touring Europe for Yung Lean's Warlord tour. He would at the time record music with big names such as Skepta and Lil Peep. His growth slowed down after falling out with YEAR0001 co-founder and manager Emilio Fagone, he however continued to drop constant singles and mixtapes. In 2018, Adam was offered a deal by Kanye West to sign to GOOD MUSIC, he, however, declined due to only being offered $30,000 and decided to stay independent. Throughout 2020, Adamn would tease a collaboration with Lil Uzi Vert, this however proved difficult to release due to not only Uzi's feature price, but Uzi's label trying to snake Adamn out of paying more money for clearance. The song (titled Cheerio) would see the light of day over a year later with Uzi's feature remaining uncredited on streaming platforms.
