There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Ability is a hardcore punk band from Carpinteria, California. They started out playing backyard shows in Carp as Join The Dance. They released a demo, and soon gained attention in the Santa Barbara/Ventura area hardcore scene. They opened for bands such as Bitter End, Ceremony, Down to Nothing, Allegiance and others. They then changed their name to Ability and released another demo.
