Artist
Abe Elenkrieg or Elenkrig (1878 β 1965) was a trumpeter, barber and bandleader of "Abe Elenkrig's Yiddishe Orchestra" and the "Hebrew Bulgarian Orchestra". Connoisseurs consider his klezmer records the great neglected treasures of klezmer music. One of the first recordings of klezmer music was made by Abe in 1913.
