Aaron Jollay was born and raised in Knoxville, Tn. He has always had a passion for music and not just country, matter of fact wasnt really into the country scene until relocating to Nashville, Tn in 2010. But sure enough he hit the ground running as a songwriter with his slick acoustic guitar style and down home southern writing skills. From 2004 - 2009 he became well known in east Tennessee as an underground hip-hop artist under the name A Jay. Him and his brother Nate Dizzy released 4 mixtapes in the time span and collected a substantial fan base. Present day, writing country music has landed him the oppurtunity to write an album for unsigned country artist Shon Cagle. He has yet to be listened to by the ears that could take him to another level but not far from it. Jollay has also just released a demo with producer Galen Breen and vocalist Jeff Carson (former CURB records artist) called "My Life In A Nutshell". A song about enjoying the little things in life based on faith, love and hope has nothing but a cutting edge style and great reviews to those who've heard.
