Growing up in Hallsville, a small west Texas town, helped Aaron Forsander to refine his music tastes and influences. Individuality is key among Forsander's songs, but he doesn't choose to go it alone. With the help of Alex Sexton, an unknown -- for now -- producer, he's been able to create intelligent, light-hearted, but never childish, fare.
