Ayoni Thompson (popularly known as Ayoni) is a Barbadian-born singer-songwriter multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles. Born on June 11, 1999, since a young age she's been interested in music, having learned piano at 8 and being part of her church choir. Beginning in 2017, she attended the Thornton School of Music at the University of Southern California. Ayoni released her self-composed and produced debut project "Iridescent" in October of 2019, combining powerful vocals with poetic lyrics to create a unique musical experience that continued on her subsequent singles and most recent EP "The Vision", released in 2022.
