Dutch blues singer AJ Plug www.ajplug.nl was born and raised in a small fishing village off the West Coast of Holland. AJ wanted to be a singer for as long as she can remember and joined a Dutch church choir. Her time in the choir was short lived as there were too many complaints about her singing being too bluesy and using obscene language. So pretty soon she got kicked out! In the beginning of 2014 this talented singer started spreading her wings and wrote their debut album "Let Go Or Be Dragged". The album was released in May that same year and has since been receiving great reviews from the Dutch blues scene and is being picked up by blues radio stations all over Europe. AJ Plug is one of the brightest rising stars on the Europian blues roots scene and seem to be literally exploding and commanding audiences with her in your face, yet highly contagious musical sound. Musically influenced by a wide range of blues styles and blues icons, melting it down in their own vision she's become a favorite artist of club and festival crowds across Europe.
